Price Match Program
At NELSON Calibration, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value for their purchases. Our Price Match Program ensures that you get the best possible price on our products. Here’s how it works:
Eligibility:
- Competitor Products: The product you want to price match must be identical to the one sold by NELSON Calibration, including brand, model number, and specifications.
- Authorized Retailers: The competitor must be an authorized retailer based in the same country as NELSON Calibration. We do not price match products sold by third-party sellers on marketplace websites or auction sites.
- In-Stock Items: The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the time of the price match request.
Price Match Process:
- Find a Lower Price: If you find a lower price on an identical product from an eligible competitor, please contact us before making your purchase.
- Provide Documentation: Provide us with a copy of the competitor’s current advertisement or a link to the competitor’s website showing the lower price.
- Verification: Our customer support team will verify the lower price and the eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
- Approval: If approved, we will match the competitor’s price, and you can proceed with your purchase at the matched price.
Exclusions:
- Clearance and Closeout Sales: Items on clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales are not eligible for price matching.
- Special Promotions: We do not price match special promotions, including but not limited to, rebates, coupon discounts, bundled offers, or limited-time sales.
- Membership Discounts: Prices available only to paid members of clubs or subscription-based services are not eligible.
- Errors: We do not match prices from competitors if they result from typographical errors or pricing errors.
Post-Purchase Price Match:
- If you purchase a product from NELSON Calibration and find a lower price from an eligible competitor within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. Please contact our customer support team with your order details and the competitor’s advertisement or website link.
